The SBF structure has a feed hopper, settling chamber, belt extractor with weigh system comprising a weighing idler and strain gauge load cell, a variable speed geared motor with integrated speedometer, belt centering through adjustable V-shaped return roller, automatic belt tensioning by weighted springs; safety protection conforming to standards in force.

Mounted under hoppers, silos, and fitted with a paddle feeder, it is suitable for extraction, product settling, handling, dosing BULK powdery or fast flowing products.

Idler centre distance: 3000, 3500, 4000 and 5000 mm
Throughput: from 1 m3/h to 250 m3/h as per model
