MD

MD: Feed regulation infrastructure with built-in cover

The MD structure has a feed hopper with side guides, a mini belt extractor with weigh system comprising weighing idler and strain gauge load cell, a variable speed geared motor with integrated speedometer, belt centering through adjustable V-shaped return roller, automatic belt tensioning by weighted springs; safety protection conforming to standards in force.

MD version (full cover + inspection hatch)

Belt width: 300 to 800 mm
Idler centre distance: 800 mm
Throughput: from 50 dm3/h to 50 m3/h as per model
Achievable accuracy: ± 0.25 to 1 %

Mounted under hoppers, silos, the MD structure is used for extracting, handling, mini-dosing or blending low throughput granular or powdery products in BULK.
